Emma is a compliance leader with extensive experience across the eGaming sector. She holds the ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering, is a certified Data Protection Practitioner (PC.dp), and an ICA-accredited Internal Auditor for Compliance Management Systems. Her specialist certifications in AML-Gaming and Artificial Intelligence add further depth to her expertise.
Previously DMLRO at Unikrn, Emma is responsible for the design, oversight and delivery of eGaming Integrity’s compliance, AML and regulatory assurance frameworks. She was named Visionary Compliance Leader at the 2024 Women in Leadership Awards.
Robert Penfold, Head of Internal Audit
ISO 27001 Certified ISMS Internal Auditor
Former Playtech plc Director of Internal Audit & Risk, Robert has over 20 years’ experience in governance, risk, audit, and compliance across the global gaming and financial services sectors. He spent eight years at Playtech overseeing global audit programmes and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions and previously led risk management at bwin.party digital entertainment plc.
Robert is an ISO 27001 Certified ISMS Internal Auditor and a member of both the Institute of Risk Management and the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors.
Nick Bowden, Mock Audit Lead

Nick brings a regulator’s perspective to compliance. A former Gambling Inspector at the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, he combines insider knowledge of how regulators interpret legislation with a pragmatic approach to supporting clients.
Holding the ICA International Diploma in AML and the ICA Specialist Certificate in AML-Gaming, Nick specialises in mock audits, helping operators anticipate regulatory expectations and strike the right balance between compliance and innovation.
Chantelle Turton, Regulatory Compliance & Remediation Lead

Chantelle draws on her background as a Gambling Inspector with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, where she worked across licensing, supervision, remediation, and enforcement. She also holds the ICA Specialist Certificate in AML-Gaming.
At eGaming Integrity, Chantelle leads remediation projects, guiding clients through regulatory challenges and strengthening their compliance frameworks. Her regulatory insight ensures clients are well-prepared for scrutiny.
Alex Myers, Compliance Manager & Head of Training

Alex specialises in building strong compliance cultures through training and guidance. He holds the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance, alongside the ICA Specialist Certificate in AML-Gaming.
At eGaming Integrity, Alex develops and delivers tailored training programmes for operators, ensuring teams not only meet regulatory obligations but also understand the “why” behind compliance. He also provides hands-on regulatory guidance to licensed eGaming businesses.
Hayley Ashton, Compliance Manager

Hayley is a compliance specialist with experience spanning eGaming, financial services, and corporate administration. She holds ICA International Diplomas in both Anti-Money Laundering and Governance, Risk & Compliance.
Previously Compliance Officer and MLRO for Isle of Man OGRA Licence Holders, Hayley has also held compliance roles at Conister Bank and Ocorian. At eGaming Integrity, she supports licence holders in meeting AML/CFT and governance requirements, helping clients strengthen their compliance frameworks under increasing regulatory scrutiny.
